How do I place an order?
+

Browse the shop, open the product you want, choose any available options, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout. Review your contact information, shipping or pickup details, payment method, and order total before submitting your order.

Do I need an account to shop?
+

You may be able to browse and purchase without an account, but creating an account gives you access to your order history, tracking details, saved information, store-credit wallet, Daily Crystal Spin, wholesale applications, and other customer benefits.

How do I create a customer account?
+

Select Sign In or Account from the shop menu, choose the registration option, and enter your name, email address, and password. Use an email address you can access because order confirmations, tracking information, and account notices may be sent there.

Why should I sign in before checkout?
+

Signing in connects the order to your customer account. It also allows the checkout page to find your available store-credit balance and gives you the option to apply credit to the order.

Can I place an order as a guest?
+

Guest checkout may be available. Guest orders are connected to the contact information entered during checkout, but guests do not receive account-only features such as the Daily Crystal Spin or store-credit wallet.

Can I order by phone, email, or message?
+

Orders should normally be placed through the website so inventory, payment, shipping, and order records remain accurate. Contact us directly if you need help completing an order.

How will I know my order was received?
+

After checkout, the order will appear in the system and you may receive an order confirmation by email. Signed-in customers can also view the order through their customer account.

What information should I check before submitting an order?
+

Confirm your full name, email address, phone number, shipping address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP code, delivery or pickup selection, and payment method. Incorrect information may delay fulfillment or cause delivery problems.

Can I change an order after submitting it?
+

Contact us as quickly as possible. We may be able to update an order before it is packed, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Can I add another item to an order that was already submitted?
+

Contact us before the order is packed. Depending on inventory and payment status, you may need to place a separate order.

Can I cancel an order?
+

Contact us immediately. An order may be cancelled before it is packed or shipped when possible. Orders that have already shipped, been delivered, or been completed cannot simply be cancelled.

What do the order statuses mean?
+

Awaiting Payment means payment has not been completed. Payment Received means payment was recorded. Confirmed means the order was accepted. Packing or Preparing means the order is being assembled. Ready means the pickup order is available. Shipped means the package was given to USPS or prepared for USPS acceptance. Out for Delivery means a local delivery is on the way. Delivered means delivery was completed. Completed means fulfillment is finished. Cancelled means the order will not be fulfilled. Refunded means the eligible paid amount was recorded as refunded.

How do I check my order status?
+

Sign in to your customer account and open your order history. You may also contact us with your order number.

Where can I find my order number?
+

Your order number appears in your confirmation, customer account, receipt, and other order-related communications. Include it whenever you contact us about an order.

What payment methods do you accept?
+

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include PayPal, cash, debit card, credit card, invoice, or other methods enabled by the store. Options may vary by shipping, pickup, delivery, online checkout, or in-person purchase.

Is my order confirmed before payment?
+

An order may be saved before payment is completed, but it does not move forward as a paid order until payment is received or an authorized staff member records payment.

What happens if I cancel PayPal?
+

Your unpaid order may remain saved so you can try again. Return to your cart, customer account, or payment page to complete payment.

Can I pay with PayPal?
+

Yes, when PayPal is available during checkout. After placing the order, you will be sent to PayPal to complete payment.

Why does my account say awaiting payment?
+

The order was created, but payment was not completed or confirmed. Complete payment through the available option or contact us for assistance.

Can I pay when I pick up my order?
+

Pay-at-pickup may be available when shown during checkout. Some items or order types may require advance payment.

Can I pay when my order is delivered?
+

Cash or another pay-on-delivery method may be available only when displayed during checkout. Availability may depend on the delivery area and order type.

Will I receive a receipt?
+

Yes. Order and payment details may be available through your customer account, email confirmation, printed receipt, or store receipt system.

What is store credit?
+

Store credit is a promotional balance connected to a registered customer account. It may be earned through the Daily Crystal Spin, loyalty activity, administrative adjustments, promotions, cancelled eligible orders, or other store programs.

How do I see my store-credit balance?
+

Sign in to your customer account or open the Daily Crystal Spin page. Your available balance and credit activity will be displayed there.

How do I use store credit?
+

Sign in before checkout. When available credit is found, the cart displays your Store Credit Wallet and an Apply Store Credit checkbox. Store credit is not automatically used. Check the box only when you choose to apply it.

Do I have to use my store credit?
+

No. Applying store credit is optional. Leave the box unchecked when you want to save the available credit for another eligible order.

Can I choose how much store credit to use?
+

The checkout system applies available credit up to the eligible order balance when the option is selected. It will not reduce the amount due below zero.

Can store credit pay for an entire order?
+

Store credit may cover an eligible order when the available balance is enough. Any remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.

Does store credit expire?
+

Yes. Each store-credit reward expires 30 days after the date it was earned. The expiration date is displayed beside each positive credit entry in your Daily Crystal Spin or credit activity history.

Why does each credit reward have a different expiration date?
+

Each reward is treated separately and expires 30 days after its own earned date. A reward earned today will expire later than a reward earned earlier.

Which store credit is used first?
+

The system uses the credit that will expire first. This helps customers use older credit before newer credit.

What happens when store credit expires?
+

The unused expired amount is removed from the available wallet balance and recorded in the credit transaction history.

Can expired store credit be restored?
+

Expired promotional store credit is normally not restored. Store credit must be used before the expiration date displayed in the account.

Can I exchange store credit for cash?
+

No. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, sold, transferred, or converted to cash.

Can I transfer store credit to another customer?
+

No. Store credit belongs to the customer account that earned or received it and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Can I combine store credit from multiple days?
+

Yes. Active unexpired credit rewards remain in the same wallet balance until they are used or expire.

Can I collect store credit forever without using it?
+

No. Each reward expires after 30 days, so rewards cannot remain in the account indefinitely.

Can I use store credit without signing in?
+

No. Store credit is connected to the registered customer account. You must sign in so checkout can identify the correct wallet.

Why is my store credit not appearing at checkout?
+

Confirm that you are signed in using the same customer account that earned the credit. Also confirm that the credit has not expired and that the order is eligible for store-credit use.

Can store credit be used on shipping charges or taxes?
+

The amount eligible for store credit is determined by the checkout system and store rules. The cart will calculate the permitted credit automatically.

Can store credit be used on wholesale orders?
+

Store-credit use may be limited or unavailable on wholesale purchases, special pricing, reseller orders, case orders, or other restricted transactions. Checkout will show whether credit is available.

Can store credit be combined with discounts?
+

Store credit may not combine with every coupon, promotion, sale, wholesale price, special offer, or restricted product. The checkout total will show what is permitted.

What happens to store credit when an unpaid order is cancelled?
+

Eligible store credit may be restored when an unpaid or incomplete order is cancelled before fulfillment, depending on the credit status and expiration rules.

What happens to store credit when a paid order is refunded?
+

Promotional store credit used on a paid order is not returned, converted to cash, or included in the cash, card, or PayPal refund. Only the amount actually paid using an eligible payment method is refunded.

Can I receive cash for the store credit used on a refunded order?
+

No. Promotional credit is not cash. The refund covers only the eligible amount actually paid after the store credit was applied.

How is a refund calculated when I used store credit?
+

For example, if the order was $12.29 and $2.00 in store credit was used, the customer paid $10.29. The eligible refund is $10.29, and the $2.00 promotional credit is not returned as cash or restored to the wallet.

What is the Daily Crystal Spin?
+

The Daily Crystal Spin is an account-based loyalty feature that gives eligible signed-in customers one opportunity each calendar day to receive promotional store credit.

How often can I spin?
+

Each eligible customer account may spin once per calendar day.

When can I spin again?
+

You can spin again on the next calendar day after the system resets daily eligibility.

Can I create multiple accounts to receive additional spins?
+

No. Creating duplicate accounts, sharing accounts, manipulating account information, or attempting to bypass spin limits may result in rewards being removed or the store-credit account being frozen.

How are Daily Crystal Spin rewards selected?
+

Rewards are generated by the store’s reward system. Odds may consider customer history, paid orders, loyalty, recurring purchases, total spending, account activity, and other behavior categories.

Do all customers have the same spin odds?
+

Not necessarily. New, recurring, loyal, and VIP customers may have different reward ranges or odds based on their verified paid order history.

What customer levels are used for the Daily Crystal Spin?
+

The system may classify customers as new, recurring, loyal, or VIP based on paid orders, total spending, and other account activity.

Can I win a reward every day?
+

A daily spin may award one of the available promotional credit amounts determined by the reward rules. Reward amounts and odds may change without notice.

When is a spin reward added to my account?
+

The reward is added to the signed-in customer’s store-credit wallet immediately after a successful spin.

When does a Daily Crystal Spin reward expire?
+

Each spin reward expires 30 days after the date it was earned. The exact expiration date appears beside the transaction in your recent activity.

Can a Daily Crystal Spin reward be transferred or redeemed for cash?
+

No. Daily Spin rewards are promotional store credit only and have no cash value.

Can the Daily Crystal Spin be suspended?
+

Yes. The store may freeze, restrict, correct, reverse, or suspend rewards in cases involving technical errors, abuse, duplicate accounts, manipulation, fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or other suspicious activity.

What happens if the wheel animation shows something different from my account balance?
+

The server-recorded reward and transaction history are the official result. Contact us if the displayed animation and wallet transaction do not match.

Do you ship orders?
+

Yes. Eligible orders are shipped through USPS.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
+

We ship through the United States Postal Service, USPS.

How quickly do orders ship?
+

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Processing time may be longer during large sales, holidays, severe weather, unusually high order volume, inventory reviews, customized orders, or other delays.

Do you ship on Sundays?
+

No. Orders do not ship on Sundays.

Do you ship on postal holidays?
+

No. USPS does not operate normally on federal postal holidays, so orders will ship on the next available business day.

When will I receive tracking?
+

Tracking information is provided after the order is packed, a USPS label is created, and the order is marked shipped. Tracking may be sent by email and shown in the customer account.

Why does USPS tracking say label created?
+

Label Created means the shipping label was generated, but USPS may not have scanned the package yet. Allow time for the first acceptance or transit scan.

Why is my USPS tracking not updating?
+

USPS tracking sometimes updates late, misses an acceptance scan, or does not show movement until the package reaches another facility. Allow time for additional scans.

Can a package move without an acceptance scan?
+

Yes. USPS may transport a package even when the initial acceptance scan is missing. The first visible update may appear at a regional facility or destination city.

Why did my package scan in another state?
+

USPS routes packages through processing centers based on its transportation network. A package may travel through another city or state before reaching the destination.

How long does USPS delivery take?
+

USPS delivery time depends on the selected service, distance, weather, holidays, transportation conditions, and USPS operations. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the purchased USPS service specifically provides a guarantee.

Do you guarantee the USPS delivery date?
+

No. Estimated arrival dates are controlled by USPS and may change. We control order preparation and shipment, but we do not control USPS transportation or delivery operations.

What should I do if USPS tracking has stopped moving?
+

Allow additional time, especially during weekends, holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods. Contact USPS with the tracking number. You may also contact us so we can review the shipment information.

What should I do if USPS says delivered but I do not have the package?
+

Check your mailbox, porch, parcel locker, front desk, mailroom, side door, garage, household members, and nearby neighbors. USPS may scan a package before final placement. Contact your local USPS office with the tracking number. If the package is still missing, contact us with your order number.

What if USPS delivered my order to the wrong address?
+

Contact USPS immediately and request the GPS delivery scan information when available. Also contact us with the order number, tracking number, and details about the delivery location.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
+

Contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after the order is packed or shipped. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address.

What if USPS returns my package to the sender?
+

We will review the reason for return. Reshipping charges may apply when the return was caused by an incorrect address, missing apartment number, refused package, unclaimed package, forwarding issue, or other customer-address problem.

Do you replace packages marked delivered by USPS?
+

A USPS Delivered scan is considered evidence of delivery. Replacement or refund decisions depend on the shipment record, address information, USPS investigation, available evidence, and store policy.

Can I file a USPS claim?
+

Eligibility depends on the USPS service and insurance attached to the shipment. Contact us before filing duplicate claims so the shipment can be reviewed properly.

Do you insure packages?
+

Insurance depends on the USPS service selected, order value, and shipping method. Not every shipment automatically includes the same level of coverage.

What packaging do you use?
+

Crystals, stones, jewelry, glass, and other products are wrapped and packaged according to their size, weight, shape, and fragility. Packaging materials may include protective wrap, boxes, padding, bags, or other suitable materials.

Do you photograph orders while packing?
+

Packing evidence may be recorded for order accuracy, shipping documentation, damage disputes, missing-item claims, or delivered-empty-package claims.

Why should I keep the shipping box and packaging?
+

The package, label, wrapping, and internal materials may be required when reviewing damage, missing-item, tampering, or carrier claims.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
+

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the outside package, USPS label, opened box, packing materials, and damaged item. Do not discard anything until the review is complete.

What should I do if the package arrives empty or appears opened?
+

Photograph the package before discarding it, including all sides, seals, USPS label, internal packaging, and contents. Contact us and USPS promptly.

What should I do if an item is missing?
+

Contact us with the order number and identify the missing item. The packing record, product list, inventory activity, package weight, and available packing evidence may be reviewed.

Can shipping fees be refunded?
+

Original or return shipping charges may be nonrefundable unless the refund or return was caused by a verified store error. Carrier charges are generally not recoverable after shipment.

Do you offer local pickup?
+

Yes, when pickup is enabled. Choose Pickup during checkout and follow the instructions provided with your order.

When is a pickup order ready?
+

Wait until the order status changes to Ready or you receive a pickup notification. Placing the order does not mean it is immediately ready.

What should I bring for pickup?
+

Bring the order number and, when requested, identification or payment confirmation matching the order.

Can someone else pick up my order?
+

Contact us in advance with the authorized person’s name. Identification or order confirmation may be required.

+

Pickup holding periods may vary. Contact us if you cannot collect the order promptly.

Do you offer local delivery?

+

When will my local delivery arrive?
+

Delivery timing depends on the selected or approved delivery schedule, order preparation, driver availability, traffic, weather, and communication with the customer.

What does Out for Delivery mean?
+

The order has been assigned for delivery or is currently being transported to the customer.

What happens if nobody is available for delivery?
+

The driver or store may contact the customer. Redelivery fees, pickup requirements, or other arrangements may apply.

Can delivery instructions be added?
+

Yes. Enter gate codes, building details, access instructions, or other useful information in the order notes. Do not include sensitive payment information.

Do you accept returns?
+

Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, packaging, timing, hygiene concerns, and reason for return. Contact us before sending or bringing anything back.

Do I need approval before returning something?
+

Yes. Contact us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

How long do I have to report an order problem?
+

Report damage, missing items, wrong items, or delivery problems as soon as possible after receiving the package. Delayed reports may make investigation difficult.

Must returned items be unused?
+

Yes. Eligible returns generally must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with original packaging when applicable.

Are opened sealed products returnable?
+

Products sold sealed must remain unopened to qualify for return consideration unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Can oils, herbs, candles, incense, sage, Palo Santo, body products, or fragrance items be returned?
+

Opened, used, burned, tested, consumed, contaminated, or unsealed personal, spiritual, fragrance, body-care, herbal, candle, incense, oil, or consumable products are generally not returnable.

Are earrings returnable?
+

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable or refundable once opened, tried on, or worn.

+

Eligible unworn jewelry may be considered for return when it remains in its original condition and packaging. Customized, damaged, altered, worn, or hygiene-restricted jewelry may not qualify.

Can crystals and stones be returned because I do not like the natural markings?
+

Natural variations are not defects. Color, pattern, clarity, inclusions, shape, texture, veins, chips, pits, weight, and markings may differ because crystals and stones are natural materials.

How are refunds processed?
+

Approved refunds are recorded against the order. The method and timing depend on how the eligible amount was originally paid.

How long do refunds take?
+

The store may record the refund promptly, but PayPal, card issuers, banks, and payment processors control how long it takes for funds to appear.

Will shipping be refunded on a return?
+

Shipping may be nonrefundable unless the return resulted from a verified store error or another approved reason.

Who pays return shipping?
+

The customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect, damaged due to a verified store issue, or otherwise approved for prepaid return.

Can I receive a refund without returning the item?
+

Refunds normally require return or other verification unless the store approves a different resolution.

What if I refuse a USPS package?
+

Refused or unclaimed packages may be treated as returns. Original shipping, return shipping, handling costs, or other charges may be deducted when permitted.

What happens if I file a payment dispute or chargeback?
+

The order, tracking, delivery scans, customer communications, packing records, photographs, receipts, and other evidence may be submitted to the payment provider. Store accounts or rewards may be restricted during a dispute review.

Are crystals exactly as pictured?
+

Natural stones vary. Exact-item listings show the specific item when stated. Assorted, random-pick, multiple-quantity, wholesale, or representative-photo listings may include a comparable item from available inventory.

What does assorted mean?
+

Assorted means the color, pattern, shape, style, stone, or design may be selected from the available inventory. Specific requests may be considered but are not guaranteed unless confirmed.

Are crystal sizes and weights exact?
+

Measurements and weights are approximate unless the listing specifically identifies an exact measurement. Small differences may occur because of scale calibration, rounding, natural shapes, packaging, or handmade wrapping.

Why does my stone have cracks, lines, pits, or inclusions?
+

Natural formations commonly contain internal fractures, inclusions, veins, mineral deposits, rough areas, pits, color changes, or uneven surfaces. These characteristics are not automatically damage.

+

Lighting, cameras, editing, background colors, and device displays can affect appearance. Natural stone color may look different in person.

+

No. Wire-wrapped jewelry, handmade pendants, crystal sets, candles, labels, packaging, and other handmade products may have small differences.

How should I care for my crystals and stones?
+

Handle them carefully and avoid dropping or striking them. Research the specific mineral before exposing it to water, salt, sunlight, heat, oils, cleaners, chemicals, or temperature changes.

Can every crystal go in water?
+

No. Some minerals may dissolve, rust, release residue, become damaged, or contain unsafe components. Do not place a stone in water unless you have confirmed that the specific mineral is water-safe.

Can every crystal be placed in sunlight?
+

No. Some stones may fade or change with prolonged sunlight. Use a safer cleansing or display method when uncertain.

Are crystals safe for children?
+

Small crystals, jewelry parts, beads, carvings, points, and accessories may create choking, cutting, or swallowing hazards. Keep them away from babies and small children unless supervised by a responsible adult.

Are crystals safe for pets?
+

Some minerals, oils, herbs, smoke, small stones, and spiritual products may be unsafe for pets. Keep products out of reach and consult a veterinarian regarding pet exposure.

Do crystals cure medical conditions?
+

No. Crystals and spiritual products are sold for decorative, collectible, cultural, personal, meditation, or spiritual purposes. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Are spiritual descriptions guaranteed?

+

No product should be ingested unless it is specifically manufactured, labeled, and sold for ingestion. Store oils are not automatically food-grade or safe for internal use.

+

MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity. On the wholesale page, it shows the minimum number of cases or units required for the product according to the listing.

+

Why did the wholesale stock change?
+

Inventory may change due to retail purchases, wholesale purchases, in-person sales, corrections, damaged items, cancelled orders, or administrative updates.

Do you collect sales tax?
+

Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the store system, order type, customer location, and legal requirements.

+

Customized, personalized, specially assembled, made-to-order, altered, or reserved products may be nonreturnable and nonrefundable unless there is a verified store error.

How do I know how many items are included?
+

Check the title, description, quantity statement, case quantity, and included-items section. Contact us before ordering when anything is unclear.

What happens if I misunderstand the quantity?
+

Contact us before the order ships. The quantity stated in the listing and recorded in the order controls what is included.

Does adding an item to my wishlist reserve it?
+

No. A wishlist saves the product reference but does not reserve inventory or lock the price.

Does adding an item to my cart reserve it?
+

Not permanently. Inventory may remain available to other customers until checkout and order processing are completed.

Can I leave items in my cart for later?
+

Yes, but the product may sell out, change price, or become unavailable before checkout.
